10-Steps To Starting Your Photography Business

Starting a creative endeavor (writing, poetry, improv, photography!) can be scary. You’re putting your heart’s creative expression on the line for all to see, how can it not be! And furthermore, you want to get paid to do it? I applaud you! Below I share some helpful tips I have Iearned in the past two years. I hope they help ease the unknown just a bit. You’ve got this!

Getting started can feel like a very daunting task but let me tell you it is 100% possible.

Hey, trust me, I get it! Why? Because I did that very thing this past year. I left my 9-5 job, and what started as a way to make some money (photography) while I scrambled to figure out my next step turned into one of the best “by mistake” gifts I could receive. In this article I want to share with you:

  2. Why we all have to start somewhere, even if that somewhere is right where you are standing (hint: it almost always is)

  3. A few words of encouragement to help you take the leap in your own creative passions!
